Today your child will bring home a copy of the SBAC Fraction Interim. Your child took this assessment online and then worked through problems they missed in small groups in class. The purpose of this was for students to get expose to the types of questions they will encounter on the real SBAC assessment. As you can see, there was a range in difficulty. Groups had a great discussion around the language used in questions and strategies that would help. We will continue to practice taking other interim assessments before SBAC in mid-May.
